Cell purchase
1) Our company can purchase foreign cells, etc., including major cell banks and companies that sell cells. Registered users can ask for a list of brands that can be purchased.
2) Customers need to provide the product name, product number, and purchase link of the cells (it is recommended to provide), and we also provide the service of searching for cell sources based on the cell product name.
3) We provide overseas and domestic two-way forwarding services for cells. This service requires product evaluation. Customers who have this need please contact the following email: luyefeng@hengfeng-biotech.cn to request a service request form.

Our logistics
The whole process of liquid nitrogen transportation in the international section, with temperature control records. For domestic dry ice transportation, door-to-door pick-up is also accepted.
Our process
1. Customers provide contact information and basic cell information.
2. The company will feedback the details of the order within 1-3 working days, including price, delivery date and mode of transportation.
3. The customer confirms the product information and price, and signs an order contract.
4. After receiving the full advance payment, the contract becomes effective and the delivery date starts to be calculated. (The delivery date will lag behind due to uncontrollable factors).
