Cell storage
For small laboratories with imperfect equipment, unstable power supply and insufficient storage conditions, the contract storage service is specially introduced. If it is stored publicly, storage fee is not required, and samples can be extracted at any time, which is economical, safer and freer from worry.
Application
The contract application is reviewed (mycoplasma test and other relevant information is needed) to decide whether the contract is accepted. If all agree, an agreement is signed by both parties.
Payment
After the contract is signed, payment shall be made.
Dispatch
The client shall send the original agreement together with the cells.
Quality control
Where quality control is required, extra charge needs to be charged.
Storage
Liquid nitrogen storage or other effective methods is required for proper storage. The cell storage time shall not exceed the time limit stipulated in the contract.
Extract
If cell extraction is required by the client, it should be 3 working days in advance.
