Service description
1. Customers can choose the cells in our bank, and all cells will provide product instructions;
2. Send reconstituted cells or frozen cells according to customer needs;
3. The cells in the bank will be tested and cleared of mycoplasma;
4. If the customer provides cell lines, frozen or cultured cells can be provided, and the relevant instructions of the cells (cell background, culture information, viability detection, mycoplasma detection, etc.) must be provided. The frozen cells can be transported by dry ice and stored in The cultured cells can be transported by the T-25 flask filled with medium;
5. The cell culture service itself only provides cell culture pictures and cultured cells (preserved in cryopreservation tubes). If there are follow-up experiments, provide corresponding experiments according to the follow-up experiments Reports, Products, etc.
